At the World Electric Heating Industry Exhibition 2025, Dongguan Tongda Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. presented its carefully developed products—the FM-8060 Intelligent Lamination & Wiring Machine (Silicone Model) and the FM-6040 Computerized Pattern Sewing Machine for Heating Sheets—embarking on a new journey of industry exchange.

The FM-8060 Intelligent Lamination & Wiring Machine (Silicone Model), designed specifically for wiring lamination of silicone heating sheets, represents a milestone achievement of Tongda’s R&D team and has been granted a national invention patent. Equipped with advanced automation technology, the machine integrates multiple intelligent functions such as automatic feeding, precision winding, automatic wire cutting, film covering, material cutting, and trimming. During operation, it delivers extremely high wiring accuracy, meeting production requirements for various specifications of silicone heating sheets. This not only enhances production efficiency but also significantly reduces labor costs.

Another highlight on display, the FM-6040 Computerized Pattern Sewing Machine for Heating Sheets, also attracted wide attention.
